Disneyland: Day 2

Day two of our new favorite place was not surprisingly just as fun as day one.  We had our early entry day today so we got in a few rides before the rest of the world joined us.  Jake and Aaron headed straight to the Matterhorn.    While they waited in line the girls and I rode Buzz Lightyear a few times and the rocket ride (?) a few times.  We then waited while Aaron and Jake rode Space Mountain before it got too busy.  I of course got to ride with switch passes on both.  Lydia rode with me on the Matterhorn and thought it was too much fun.

This is the girls waiting for Snow White,   They were really excited.  We also rode the Carousel because there was no line.  We then headed over to frontier land in search of excitement on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.  (also a new favorite of Lydia.)
On the way to Frontierland we ran into these fabulous fall decorations.  Disneyland sure does go all out of the festive decorations.  I love it!
At Big Thunder Mountain Railroad we ran into the reall Mickey Mouse.  The kids spotted these mice while waiting for Jake, Lydia and I to ride the ride.  It was great because they continued to watch the mouse while Aaron and Katie road as well.  We can't get enough of that bonus entertainment.
We spent a lot of time with Poo and friends today,  mostly because Jake is completely obsessed with Splash Mountain.  Aaron and Lydia are not far behind him.  While Aaron and Jake waited in line to ride, I got fast passes  so we rode 3 times for one wait in line with the bonus switch pass.  We love working those perks.  As you can see, Maggie was not a huge fan of Tigger in person.
Eyore was little bit better and she didn's seem to bothered by Poo.
We spent a considerable amount of time of Pirate's because it moves fast and it is a great cool down and rest spot.  You might wonder what Lydia is doing in all of these pictures...
She is doing her Pirate eye!  Nice job Lyd.
We ended day two with a photo op with Pluto.  Maggie again is not a huge fan.
After nearly 12 hours of fun and games we finally called it a day.  Everyone was wiped out and ready for dinner and a short swim.  I can't believe it but we are all looking forward to Day 3.  Stay tuned!
