This weekend our stake had it's yearly carnival. We had a lot of fun last year so we invited Dan, Rosalyn and family to join us this year. It was crowded of course but still lots of fun.
The kids had a hot dog and chips for dinner.
Jake ate his hot dog and about five scones with raspberry butter.
Snow cones are always a hit with our crowd.
Poppy says he has never seen this group sit for such a long time. All they need are snow cones. Maybe we should invest in a machine.
Evelyn looked great in her polka dot Flying Nun hat. What a cutie.
They had this really weird bungy thing. They would hook the kids up to it and they would run as fast as they could and then it cord would snap them back. They seemed to think it was fun.
After the carnival Dan and family came to the church to help us set up chairs for primary on Sunday. The kids ran around in the gym. Dan tried to teach Jake how to run ladders but Jake cheats. He just wanted to be faster than Dan so he wouldn't touch the lines. Funny! It was fun to have Dan's family join us even for just a few hours.
