A visit from a princess (or two).

For those of you who don't read the Eves family blogs this photo documents the very dramatic and early entrance of Princess Evelyn (something) Eves. She was born at 2:48 on Saturday morning. Dan called at 6:20 am and was chastised by me for the early hour. Of course when I heard the news he was instantly forgiven. Evelyn was born 5 weeks early. She is doing well but has to remain at the hospital for a week or so while she learns to develop her sucking reflex. She is a pretty baby and very sweet. Bubby and Poppy were here for a conference so the three of us loaded up in the car to see the baby and to fetch Andrew.
Princess Andrew arrived at our house at about 10:30 am and was quickly initiated into our daily routine. He looks lovely in pink.
Jake helped Andrew to properly accessorize his lovely princess wear.
We braved lunch with all of the children. I thought that our numbers were pretty good. We had an equal amount of adults to children. Lydia is using her very best table manners.
Andrew is also displaying his very best behavior. I thought we were brave to take them to lunch. It could have gone wrong so many different ways but turned out just fine. We spent the rest of the day visiting the ducks, napping and playing. Bubby decided to stay in Provo for a few days to help with Andrew. He may come back and visit us later this week. We wish Princess Evelyn a speedy recovery and hope that she is home soon with her family.
